Accessibility
Our Commitment: Access for Everyone
At Betcenter, we are committed to ensuring that our digital services – in particular our website and mobile applications – are equally accessible to everyone.
Regardless of individual limitations, we want to provide a safe and self-determined user experience.
With the Barrier-Free Access Strengthening Act (BFSG) coming into force on June 28, 2025, we, as providers of digital services, are obliged to make our platform accessible. We are already actively fulfilling this responsibility today.
Legal Framework
Our accessibility measures are based on the EU Directive 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
The technical foundations include, among others, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) and the standard EN 301 549.
Review
The accessibility of our website is continuously reviewed.
As part of this review, we will update the accessibility statement accordingly and, if necessary, make targeted adjustments to our website and mobile applications – with the goal of enabling all users to have an even more user-friendly and, in particular, accessible experience.
Tips for Better Use
Here"s how you can use our services as barrier-free as possible:
- Use a current browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge or Safari. Activate zoom or contrast functions of your operating system if needed.
- Use keyboard navigation to move through the website.
- On mobile devices, it is best to use integrated accessibility tools such as VoiceOver (iOS) or TalkBack (Android).
