Security

We store your user account details safely, and you should do so, too. Bet with peace of mind. Please keep your login details safe and observe the following guidelines:

Password Security

• Use long, unique passwords or passphrases (for example, a string of
  
  words).
• Do not reuse passwords for different accounts.
• Do not include personal details like birthdays or names.
• Use a trusted password manager to generate and store your passwords.
• Change a password right away if you suspect someone has stolen it.

Account Protection

• Do not share passwords. Our Support team will never ask for it!
• Always log out when using public or shared devices.
• Lock your screen or device whenever you step away.
• Be cautious with emails or links that ask you to log in or reset
  
  passwords (they could be phishing attempts).
• If you did not request a password reset but have received one, please
  
  contact support immediately.
• Never store passwords in plain text (like on sticky notes or in simple
  
  text files).

Device and Data Security

• Keep your operating system, apps, and antivirus software up to date.
• Use a firewall and reputable anti-malware tools.
• When sending or storing sensitive data, use encryption if available.
• Avoid using public Wi-Fi for sensitive tasks.
• Use biometrics or strong PINs on mobile devices.
• Only install apps from trusted sources.

Reporting and Accountability

• Watch for unusual account activity or unauthorized logins.
• Contact our support immediately if you think there is something wrong with your account.
• Understand that maintaining account security is your responsibility; stay alert and follow good security practices.
